We can be easily swayed into the way the world thinks on
all kinds of matters. This is especially prevalent in the study of the Universe. Theories abound from a worldly point of view on how it began and
where it will end up, but they are just theories that constantly change when
scientists discover new information that requires them to adjust their original
theory. Have you ever seen a cat chase its tail?
We can know God never changes. He can be trusted to show us the right way of a matter or a decision to make. He always has our best interest at heart.
Malachi 3:6,
"For I, Jehovah, change not: therefore ye, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed."
Hebrews 13:8,
"Jesus Christ
is the same yesterday and today and forever."
Colossians 2:8-9,
"See to it
that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to
human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according
to Christ. For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily."
